Lang Yarns Jawoll knitting yarn is a wool yarn that comes from Corriedale sheep from Patagonia suitable for socks and sweaters.
It is composed of 75% wool and 25% nylon and knits on knitting needles 2.5 and 3.5 mm (US -4) for a gauge of 30 stitches and 41 rows.
There are about 210 meters (229 yd) in a 50 gram ball so allow:
550g = 11 balls for men size M
460g = 9 balls for women size M
300g = 6 balls for children 10 yrs
100g = 2 balls for socks.
Machine wash at 40°C (104°F) with wool detergent without softener.
