Lang Yarns Classic Silk Yarn

Lang Yarns Classic Silk knitting yarn is a yarn with the softness of silk and a warmth of wool. It is composed of 70% Mulberry silk, 30% extrafine merino wool and knits on knitting needles 3.5 mm and 4 mm (US 4-6 / UK –8) for a gauge of 26 stitches and 35 rows.

In a 50 gram (1.75 oz) ball there are about 150 meters (164 yd) so plan on:
550g = 9 balls for men size M
400g = 8 balls for women size M
300g = 6 balls for children 10 yrs.

Hand wash with wool detergent without softener, dry cleaning, low iron, no bleach, no dryer.
