Lang Yarns Jawoll Silk 0113

Lang Yarns Jawoll Silk knitting yarn, color 0113, is a beautiful yarn made from the wool from Corriedale sheep and wild Japanese Tussah silk. It is composed of 55% wool, 25% nylon, 20% silk that knits on knitting needles 2.5 and 3 mm (US 1.5-2.5 / UK -11) for a gauge of 30 stitches and 41 rows.

There are about 200 meters (218 yd) in a 50 gram (1.75 oz) ball so to knit socks or sweaters allow:
500g = 10 balls for men size M
450g = 9 balls for women size M
300g = 6 balls for children 10 yrs
100g = 2 balls for socks.

Machine wash at 40°C (104°F) with wool detergent without softener.
