Lang Yarns Twin Soxx 8-Ply is a yarn for knitting socks composed of 75% virgin wool and 25% superwash nylon to strengthen the wool.
It knits with knitting needles 4 and 4.5 mm (US 6-7 / UK 8-7) for a gauge of 19 stitches and 26 rows for a 10 cm (4") swatch.
In a 100 gram ball there are about 320 meters (349 yd) so to knit a pair of socks size 44 allow 1 ball.
Machine wash on a wool cycle up to 40°C (104°F) with detergent for wool without softener.
