Lang Yarns Tissa Color knitting yarn is a multicolored yarn composed of 100% combed cotton often used for dishcloths as it withstands washing at high temperature.
It knits with knitting needles 3.5 and 4.5 mm (US 4-7 / UK -7) for a gauge of 19 stitches and 24 rows in a 10 cm (4") swatch.
In a 50 gram (1.75 oz) ball there are about 120 meters (131 yd) so to knit a long-sleeved sweater for women size M (38 / 40) allow 13 balls (15 for men and 8 balls for children 10 yrs).
Machine wash at 60°C (140°F) with detergent for wool without softener.
