In a 50 gram ball there are about 200 meters (218 yd) so for quantities of yarn to knit a sweater plan on:
500g = 10 balls for men size M
300g = 6 balls for women size M
200g = 4 balls for children 10 yrs.

Machine washable at 30°C (86°F) with detergent for wool without softener.
