What payment methods do you take?
We use Paypal, Credit Cards, and for France only payment par chèque (is check is chosen your order will not ship until the check arrives).
Note that on checkout when you click on Paypal (including credit cards) you are taken to a page that allows you to choose Paypal (first option on the page) or billing without Paypal where you can choose to pay by credit card by filling in the required information.
Once finished Paypal will offer you the possibility to use their service in the future but you have no obligation, you can always use credit card payments if you wish, no credit card information is stocked.
Note that all transactions are secure online paiements with Paypal or credit cards.
Do you ship worldwide ?
We ship to practically all the countries. To see is we ship to yours go to create an account and look in the dropdown list of countries for your country..
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We treat orders on a daily basis. In certain cases when yarn is in stock it is not all the same dye lot so to ensure the quality of your project we reorder a dye lot or a new dye lot which can take 48 to 72 hours to receive, thus a short delay before shipping.
